I am done with my first 16 weeks of training. Starting from this week, I am officially in the Spartan Training, I hope to get good results with this new chanllenge.
I can say that the results so far have been amazing, at least for me. I feel good about my shape, most of my clothes fits loose now so that I'll have to update my closet (hehehe).
Pictures for this week, my weight is 77 kilos (169.4 pounds).
I have continued my training based on the eating plan and gym routines. I plan to start the Arnel' Spartan Training in around four weeks. Now I feel much stronger than before and I think that I'm prepare for it.
I weight at 78 kilos (171.6 pounds) and my fat percentage is 15.48%.

I have to say that I feel very well about my results so far. These past weeks have been hard due to Christmas and New Year parties. It's been pretty hard to follow the eating plan but I have done my best.

During past weeks, I have been following the Arnel's eating plan and my Gym's program. I have applied the interval training in my cardio routines with good results. Unfortunately, I cannot run outside by now. I have done jogging for 2 years twice a week but had to stop because of left-sided knee pain, probably it has been caused for overweight. I hope my knee get better soon to start to go running outside.
Now, my pics for this week. It seems that training is working. I'm weighing at 81 kilos (178.2 pounds) and my fat percentage is 16.8.
I started Arnel's training around 7 weeks ago. I haven't created any blog up to now because I am not used to do it. However, a couple of mates are starting the program today so I decided to share the experience with them. Despite I haven't posted any picture, I have been documenting my training as best as I can.
Here's my first week set of pics, I was weighing at 84 kilos (184.8 pounds). My body fat percentage was 17.87.
